Carroll County Arkansas is a beautiful combination of a place with mountain scenery, a strong agriculturally based economy while still having a large tourist draw and tourism economy. Carroll County is located in the northwest portion of Arkansas, with our neighbors in Missouri to the north, Benton County Arkansas to our west, with Boone, Newton and Madison counties on our east, then southern borders. The Carroll County Sheriffs Office's mission is to preserve the peace, enforce state and local laws and foster a safe and secure environment for our citizens. As an organization we strive to maintain a team that works toward the mission while still being dedicated to treating all our citizens with care and respect. While working with the citizens to maintain safety and security we work toward exemplifying our core values of Honesty, Integrity, professionalism, and dedication to duty.
