Patrol

The Carroll County Sheriff's Office Patrol Division consist of a Patrol Lieutenant, 2 Patrol Sergeants, and 12 full time Road Deputies. The patrol division is always available, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.

The Responsibilities of the Patrol Division include answering calls for service, traffic enforcement on all roads inside of the Carroll County, transporting prisoners, bailiff duties for the courts of Carroll County, serving civil papers, as well as assisting other law enforcement agencies.

Patrol Lieutenant Jason Sullins leads the Patrol Division.  Lieutenant Sullins has 12 years of Law Enforcement experience and is well diversed as he has served in many rolls throughout his Law Enforcement career,  which includes Dispatcher, Jailer, and Road Deputy.

All Carroll County Deputies have graduated from Arkansas Law Enforcement Academy, and are required by CLEST (Commission on Law Enforcement Standards & Training) to have 24 hours of continuing education yearly.
