Patrol
The Carroll County Patrol Division consist of a Patrol Lieutenant, 2 Patrol Sergeants and 12 full time road Deputies. The patrol division operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year.
The responsibilities of the Patrol division include answering calls for service, traffic enforcement on all roads inside of Carroll County, transporting prisoners, serving civil papers, and bailiff duties for the courts of Carroll County, as well as assisting other Law Enforcement agencies.
Patrol Lieutenant Bruce Belin leads the patrol division with over 30 years of Law Enforcement experience in Arkansas and Missouri. Lieutenant Belin is in charge of all the administration duties of the patrol division.
Patrol Sergeants are shift supervisors and assist the division in scheduled and overseeing the administration duties.
All Carroll County Deputies have graduated from Arkansas Law Enforcement Academy, and are required by CLEST(Commission on Law Enforcement Standards & Training) to have 24 hours of continuing education yearly.
